This weekend

Well! Lots happened this weekend! Siena turned 3 months old on Friday!  We hung out with family and friends, watched the BYU football game(great game by the way! Go Cougars!) and took more pictures! Here are some of those:
Hanging out with some of the old roomies:
I made fruit leather out of grapes and pears..It looks kinda nasty, but it's really good!

I also made a cute little coat for Siena out of an old blazer and a sweatshirt for the lining to make it warmer:

Old Blazer:

 New coat!

Then we took Siena's 3 month pictures:

These 2 are pretty typical..she is ALWAYS shoving as much of her hands in her mouth as she can at once!

Did I mention that she really likes to sit up?

We also went to hang out with the Sellers side of the family at a cabin up by Sundance.  The drive was so pretty on our way up there! The trees are all changing colors, it's definitely fall! Unfortunately though we only remembered to bring out the camera at the very beginning of the night so there are only a few pictures of just us.

We love fun with family and friends! So there you have it! Another great weekend!

Double Chocolate Muffins

Mmmm. Today I made Double Chocolate Muffins!:)

I got the recipe from my father-in-law. Three ingredients! I tried them today and thought they were pretty darn good so I thought I'd share it with you too!

Ingredients:
1 15 oz can of Pumpkin
1 box of Chocolate Cake Mix
Chocolate Chips to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cake mix with the canned pumpkin.  Add the chocolate chips to taste and stir it all together.  Spoon the mixture into muffin tins and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

I had a little bit of an after-taste of pumpkin, but other than that, you can't really even taste it in there! p.s. little side-note: The batter cooks they way you spoon it into the muffin tins, so if you're worried about presentation, make sure to shape them before baking them!
Anyway, hope you enjoy!
